Limelight is the girls club lacrosse program of Hereford Rec, dedicated to developing confident athletes, strong teammates, and skilled players. Our year round program combines high level coaching, competitive play, position specific training, and a supportive team culture designed to help athletes reach their full potential.
We welcome players from across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas who are looking for a competitive club experience that emphasizes player development, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
Whether your goal is to improve your skills, compete at a higher level, or prepare for high school and college lacrosse, Limelight provides the training, opportunities, and community to help you succeed.

*Can't make it? We are offering supplemental try out dates at Hereford High School on Thursday, July 9th at 5:30-8-30pm and Saturday, July 18th at 9-11am.

Each team receives customized training tailored to its needs, including goalie, draw, and other position specific sessions. Coaches have the flexibility to add trainings they feel best support their team’s growth.

Year-Round Competitive Play: Compete alongside dedicated athletes from Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia throughout the year.
Premier Practice Facilities: Train at top venues including USA Lacrosse Headquarters, Maryvale Prep, Hereford High School, Hereford Middle School, and Genesee Valley.
Position-Specific Training: Develop your skills with Limelight coaches, expert instructors, and collegiate-level alumni.

Membership Fees and Investment
As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), our fees are based on real operating costs like covering fields, insurance, coaching stipends, tournaments, clinics, and more. Families can pay up front, or have the option to pay in monthly installments. See our registration for specific pricing.
