Gunpowder Lacrosse Club offers a year-round competitive program designed to build players’ skills, lacrosse IQ, and passion for the game.

Our experienced coaching staff is certified through USA Lacrosse (Levels 1–3) and the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every practice and event.

We focus on making each season both meaningful and fun, with practice and event schedules tailored by age group. As players progress, their level of commitment and competition grows with them.

Compete at a high level alongside teammates from Maryland and Pennsylvania. Our practices and clinics are held at premier locations, including:

• Hereford High School Turf
• Genesee Valley
• Coppermine

Position-Specific Training & Recruiting Support

All players benefit from skill development led by our coaching staff, guest instructors, and alumni currently competing at the collegiate level.

Goalies and FOGOs benefit from position-specific training with our 3rd party vendors.

For high school athletes, we also provide comprehensive recruiting guidance to help navigate the path to college lacrosse.

At Gunpowder Lacrosse Club, we coach the whole athlete, both on and off the field. With personalized feedback, leadership opportunities, and an emphasis on trust-building, we help every player grow individually while thriving as part of the team.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), our fees are based on real operating costs—covering fields, insurance, coaching stipends, tournaments, clinics, and more. Families can pay up front, or have the option to pay in monthly installments.
